The New Pad

It was a week ago today Chad and I moved (most of) our stuff to our new place in the Mission... big thanks to Tim, Jason and Merrit who helped make it a fun and highly efficient afternoon. It only took us 3 hours, 3 van loads, and 4 cars loads to cart most of our (chad's) crap to the new place.

There's still boxes cluttering the living room, we're minus a couch and a few other pieces of furniture but other than that we're mostly on the way to being settled. I've got my work station all set up, my art supplies in their place, the walls are decorated and Chad bought a new ginormous t.v. It feels good and oddly strange to have my cloths hanging in a closet instead of living out of a bag, but it's a good and welcome change.

Our neighbors are mostly elderly and we've already had two noise complaints for music too loud, and music too late. ooops. The two ladies that live above us are friendly and sweet but we've already learned to politely yet quickly evade conversations with them otherwise we end up cornered in the hall way talking for a half hour.

ok, i have more to say, but i'm tired and should probably get ready for bed. ...

Also, it's my birthday this sunday. weeee.

if you intended to have loud music you should have rented a place on 10 or 2.
