I came across this movie on tv. Two transgender 'F'to'M's wander the streets of San Francisco searching for the insane one's birth mother. I first was drawn to it becuase it takes place in SF, and then kept watching cause it's really fucking good. I've always loved movies with drag queens and men dressed as women, but now I realized I love all movies that play with gender roles in any situation. This movie delves deep into relationships, alternative lifestyles, and people's quirks and idiosyncrasies. It lives and breaths San Francisco lifestyle.
